CPI Investigations
We have been involved in hundreds of cases over the years and have traveled all over the U.S. Below we have
listed some of our most notable cases. We primarily stay in the New England area, but still take road trips as

CASE #1 Probably one of more difficult cases to date. This case involves a family of four including two twin 3 year old girls. This case has had it all. Black shadows,
demonic voices, ghostly mists, a demon dog, a strange small being in the basement and over 200 years of murder and suicide. We attempted to rid the home of
these demon's by calling in some of the best the paranormal world has to offer including Bishop Robert McKenna and Father Bob Bailey.
FINDINGS: We have been able to bring the family some peace at times by keeping the entity in check. We'll continue to work with this family as needed. This case was one of

CASE #2 This case involves a mother and two older children. There was a 23 year old male who was about as close to being possessed as anyone would ever want to be. The demon
in this home was very strong. We had team members attacked by the entity with one investigator receiving scratches down their back. We conducted a full investigation
of the home in which we found a nasty demonic entity effecting all members of the family. We went with our standard protocol teaching the family how not to be a victim to the
demon as well as calling in Father Bob Bailey to conduct a complete cleansing of the property.
FINDINGS: After the cleansing by Father Bob the family had an extended period of peace. However as in many of these cases the demon has made attempts to come back into their lives.
We made the decision to also bring in Bishop Robert McKenna to cleanse the home before it could gain strength again. To date the family seems to be doing better.
CASE #3 This case did not have any paranormal activity, but it was bizarre. We had a situation where a mother and 18 year old son were living in a run down ramshackle home where
they were seemingly experiencing all kinds of paranormal activity. They had claims of finding food in their beds as well as things flying through the air. The mother was looking to
move out of the home due to her being frightened by these events and actually had lined up an apartment to move into.
FINDINGS: It didn't take us long after interviewing the mother, son and the son's freinds that this was a total hoax. The son was trying to scare the mother into moving out of the home so that he could
have a place for he and his friend's to hang out. This was one of the most despicable acts we have run into to date. Here you have a son and friend's terrorizing the poor mother so they
could have a party house with absolutely no regard for this women's sanity. We can only hope that at some point the spirit world gives this kid some payback. Due to the length of time
they were doing this to her she ended up moving out anyway. Sad situation.
CASE #4 One day around noontime the homeowner claimed to have seen an old lady looking at her from the 2nd floor window while she was getting her mail. She had just moved into the home
the week before and was scared. While I was sitting on the top stair on the 2nd floor of this 1800's farm house working on some equipment I felt a cold breeze come up behind me. I
turned around and saw an old women standing behind me. She looked so real I thought it must be the women's mother. I said hello and started working on my equipment again. Upon
turning around I didn't see her standing there any longer. When I went back down the stairs and mentioned to the women that her mother was watching me while I was adjusting my
camera and she began crying telling me how she saw the same thing. There wasn't anyone else in the house other then the two of us. I went through the whole house looking under beds
and in closets and couldn't find a thing. I had experienced seeing a full body apparition and didn't even realize it.
FINDINGS: The sad part about this case is we were never able to get back into the house again. The women left the house when I left and wouldn't go back there again. She ended up renting a home
nearby and sold the house. She wouldn't let us back in thinking it might anger the spirit into coming after her. I'll never forget that day. I could even smell a clothing smell on the apparition
and felt the cold breeze as she came up on me. Another thing that really stood out was how pale she looked and the blank stare she had.
CASE #5 Here we have another family of four. Seems like a pattern here. There are two children ages 7 and 9 years of age. We received a call claiming the daughter was being tormented by
what the mother believed had to be a negative type spirit. The child experienced night terrors and made claims of seeing dark shadows going into her closet. We conducted a full
investigation and found their claims to be true. There was a male spirit in the home which did seem to give off an oppressive feeling.We did pick up an evp in the girl's bedroom
which said very clearly "You Are". Not quite sure what it meant, but it definately sounded like nothing to be messsed with. Since we were on another case in the area with Bishop
McKenna we decided to stop by and have him conduct a blessing of the home.
FINDINGS: After the Bishop finished his blessing of the home the family never experienced any paranormal activity again and the young girl stopped having nightmares.
FINDINGS: Our goal is always to rid the entity from the home, but in cases like this where it has been around for years this is unlikely to happen. We more then likely will keep going back to
the home as needed. Each time we go back we will perform a cleansing in hopes of keeping the activity in check so the family can co-exist with the entity.
CASE #8 We have a newly wed couple who adopted spirit energy when they bought an 1880's home. They hear the sound of furniture moving even though there is nothing out of place
in the home. The wife does not like going upstairs and fears a paticular closet in the master bedroom. She has the feeling of constantly being watched hears footsteps on a regular
basis.
FINDINGS: Upon further investigation this is what we call a residual haunting. Although it can be unsettling for the homeowners they are in no danger from this type of haunting. The noises they are
hearing would happen even if they weren't there. This type of haunt is not interactive with humans. It's like a recording that happens over and over again. It can happen once every hour
or once every hundred years. It's energy stuck in time. The one good thing about this haunt is if you don't like it you can just move away from it.
CASE #9 This case involved a mother and son. This was a situation where the mother was being manipulated by a negative entity in the home. She was even conversing with it at times which
is something that should never be done. This entity had total control over her day to day living to where she was constantly depressed and contemplating suicide. We conducted a
full investigation which found a nasty black shadowy figure in the home that spoke to more then one investigator and even told us to get out. In one 1 1/2 hour evp session we
picked up over 60 evp's. There were temperature drops of as much as 20 degrees in the home. We could always feel a presense near us and felt like we were being watched.
FINDINGS: We were at battle with a very strong demon who was entrenched in this home and had no plans on leaving. Once a person begins conversing with these entities it's like an open invitation
to stay in the home and makes it even more difficult to get rid of. We decided to bring in Bishop Robert McKenna on this case to come in and exorcise the home of the demon as well as
perform a blessing. In cases like this where the victim is totally obssessed with the demon it is almost impossible to get it out of the home. We have to work with the person to break that
obssession and if not successful the outcome for the person generally will not be good. When there is a demonic presense in the home you have to take the fight right to it in order to win.
You can't play both sides of the fence.
CASE #10 This case involved an elderly women who's husband had passed away recently. She claimed that someone was pulling ceiling tiles from her basement ceiling. She also was seeing
a black shadow at times walking down her hallway and saw an orb of light floating in her living room. The activity seemed to start after her husband passed away. She feels very
uneasy in her own home. Our investigators also felt an uneasy feeling while in the house.
FINDINGS: We opted to go right for the house blessing on this case. This poor women was recently widowed so we didn't want to come in and stir anything up with an investigation. We felt that
there was potential for something negative to be in the home so a house blessing seemed to be the way to go. We conducted a blessing of our own and we recommended that she
have her priest come out also. So far to date it looks as if we made the right call. The activirty stopped after the blessing and it seems to be back to normal.
CASE #11 Every once in a while we run into a case that sounds to good to be true. This family called us out to their home claiming the gates of hell had opened and just about every possible
paranormal event was going on known to man. We went into this case thinking something wasn't right. We set up for a full investigation and just after we went dark we began
hearing noises somewhere in the house, but we weren't able to locate it. Then we were hearing voices that sounded like a foreign language. We ended up finding speakers hidden
throughout the home hooked up to a hidden reel to reel recorder that had sounds on it spaced out enough on the tape so that when they would occasionally play they would be
hard to find. We also believe that there was someone hiding in the home while we were there.
FINDINGS: When your in the paranormal field you run into all kinds of people. The effort that goes into an investigation takes a lot of time by dedicated people who are looking to help people in need.
This family thought it would be funny to have us come out to see if they could fool us with their electronics. We packed up our equipment and left. What can you say about someone who
would waste their time trying to do something so childish.
CASE #12 This case involved an individual who claims they have been followed by a demon for years. They experience hair touching, clicking noises in thier head, vibrating feelings throughout
their body and hearing voices in thier head. Knowing that this person has taken many different approaches to try and eliminate this problem without much success we approached
this case with caution. Many times cases involving possible demonic activity have many bizzare events that go on which makes it hard to distinguish between the paranormal and
mental impairment. Sometimes if a person is mentally impaired or extremely stressed out that can make them a target for demonic activity. Unfortunately a person who has a demon
in their life for many years will suffer from all of the above so when you come in this late in the game it is very difficult to tell whether the problem lies with the person or are they like
this from years of abuse by the demon.
FINDINGS: It seems in this case that the actvity is more with the person then the home. Even though others in the home do experience some activity we feel that it is centered with the individual. After
consulting with Bishop Robert McKenna the Bishop felt that it would be best to pay a visit to this person and conduct a religious cleansing of not only the person and thier family, but also the
home. We have certain procedures that we use when our group performs a cleansing so we combined them with the Bishop's in hopes of coming up with the right combination to improve this
families outcome. Unfortunatley to date they are still experiencing paranormal activity.
CASE 13 Our family of four in this case has a history of paranormal activity that possibly goes back generations. This case has so much involved that this will be our next episode on Animal Planet's
The Haunted. This family is experiencing all kinds of paranormal activity. It doesn't take long upon entering the home that you feel the oppressive feeling permeating throughout the home.
There are two children 8 & 9 years of age. They seem to be targets of the entity both suffering from night terrors. The family has been attacked by this being and has had many occassions
where they have interacted with it. Most times when it is seen it is a dark shadow. However they have also witnessed a demon looking creature in the house. The mother has had a life long
problem with the paranormal and it has continued unabated through her adult years. There is a family member who passed away a couple years back who was found to have worshiped
Satan and had an alter in his basement to do so.
FINDINGS: This case effected us like no other. Prior to even pulling up to the house we would begin to feel strange. Once we would enter the home we had times where it was difficult to put a coherant
sentance together. It was like a fog would come over your brain that made it difficult to even speak. Some of us would get so fatigued that we almost had to cut the investigation short. We
weren't able to come up with a ton of evidence, but judging by the way we all felt when we were there and the fact that we never experienced anything quite like this before we have
concluded there seems to be some sort of very strong negative entity involved and possibly more then one. We even experienced paranormal activity at our homes after being there. The fact
that we were experiencing activity beyond the clients home also points to a negative type haunt. Ghost's don't follow you however demons do. We had Bishop McKenna go out to the home
to perform a religious cleansing for the family. The family still experiences activity. We will continue to work with them.
CASE 14 An elderly women begins to hear voices in her home. She also claims she is hearing church music and what sounds like chanting. There is a history in this home of paranormal actvity dating
back 50 years. At one point there was Ouija Board play by a teenage girl. The women's children had also been tormented for years by what seemed to be a demon. They suffered from night
terrors and now as adults tell a terrifying story of terror. There wasn't any paranormal activity going on for years until the women's husband passed away. That seemingly stimulated the activity
again.
FINDINGS: We conducted a full investigation of this home and found an extremely dangerous demonic entity. The women who lived in the home was so frightened that she immediately moved out leaving
behind all her belongings including the car in the garage. We went back to the house knowing there was no way the homeowner was coming back, ever. We began experimenting with
different techniques trying to rid the home of this evil. This wasn't a game we were playing. We were using spiritual and scientific methods hoping to find that magic bullet that would work. There
were a number of times where clergy was involved in our investigations. We have dozens of evp recordings as well as a picture of the demon. Many people were brought into this location from
the paranormal field. A number of notables attended our investigations. We conducted four exorcism's of the home with Bishop Robert McKenna. At times we felt we were winning and then
there were those times we wanted to throw in the towel. This was pure evil at it's best. Time will tell if we were successful.
CASE 15 This case involves an historical location in Connecticut which will remain nameless upon request of the owners. We were called into this location due to claims of patrons seeing what they
described as shadow people. This location was on Native American land. There were multiple sightings of what was described as a short black shadow, humanoid in shape, that would
move through the building in an undulating fashion. It would be seen moving at what looked like something stuck in fast forward and was about three feet tall. It would basically follow the
same path and would disappear through a wall. There was no set time that this would happen and sometimes months would go by without seeing anything. People complained that they
felt they were being watched and the room had an oppressed feeling at times.
FINDINGS: Due to this location being on Native American land we wanted to make sure we conducted our investigation with that in mind. From the stories we heard this case definately fell into the
shadow people catagory. This is a strange phenomenom that has no explanation other then the fact that all the stories are always very similar and residual in nature. Residual hauntings
involve paranormal phenomenom that does not interact with people. It is energy trapped in time and does pretty much the same thing time after time. We conducted a full investigation
which was carried out over two nights. We were able to pick up this shadowy figure on one of our nightvision cameras more then once. It would appear out of no where and disappear
through a wall. Since this was all we experienced we concluded this was a shadow person case. We explained to the client that even though this may be unsettling there is nothing to
worry about. We decided due to this being Native American land we would call in a Shaman to conduct a ritual cleansing of the property. Native Americans belive shadow people are
spirits that have not fully formed. Upon completion of the ceremony the Shaman deamed the land was cleansed.
