                                                                             Things You Should Know

C.P.I. will always respect your rights and will maintain strict privacy standards. We will never release any investigative evidence without prior written approval. 

We do not claim to be able to banish ghosts from your home. We will however try to document what you are experiencing and upon completion show you the results. Our investigation at the very least will hopefully give you the peace of mind knowing that there is someone out there who will try to help you. Ghosts don't always act on demand so there are no guarantees that we will experience any paranormal activity.

C.P.I. does not charge fot its investigations. However we will accept donations, but it is not expected. 

Our investigations may take several hours depending on the amount of activity that may be going on so plan for this. We ask that you keep the number of people in the home to a minimum. We would prefer that just family members be present. The more people involved during an investigation the more likely either we will not experience any activity or we will have contamination of evidence.

Remember that in 80% of all cases there is a perfectly good explanation for what you are experiencing. We will be looking for these reasons during our investigation. However we will keep an open mind at all times.

C.P.I. will bring to its investigations recording equipment for audio and video. We have nightvision cameras which can film in total darkness as well as emf detectors for sensing magnetic and electrical changes in a room. Changes in temperature will also be noted. We will take hundreds of pictures using 35mm and digital cameras. Upon completion we will make arrangements to return to your location and review any evidence.
